Our lives are filled with changes, fantasies and hope.
Sometimes it takes years to find the strength just to cope.
Dreams of inner happiness tucked back within our hearts
flutter to find the sunlight to escape the dark parts.
To leave behind that old life and go toward the light
takes strength and courage to aspire to great heights.
Like the winged butterflies that rise from their cocoons,
we discover new freedom and leave behind old wounds.
an inner peace emerges as you find yourself.
Happiness no longer sits upon our heart’ back shelf.
